AIM: To ensure the long term stability and growth of District 201V2.
The purpose of this Committee is to consider issues of concern, to make recommendations about actions, which should be taken, and to participate in the planning and implementation of such actions.
It is expected that the committee will be active throughout the year, possibly meeting during Cabinet weekends. It is intended that the following areas will be addressed; however the scope is not limited to these:

- Re-districting - monitoring the V2 viewpoint - liaising with the V2 representative on the V Districts re-districting Committee.
- Membership - improving the numbers by Club Growth, Retention and Extension Strategies.
- Reluctance of Club members to take up Club and District positions.
- Monitor individual Club’s health.
- The incidence of conflict within Clubs.
- Attendance at Leadership Training and New Member Information Sessions offered.
- District Conventions - lack of prospective Host Clubs prepared to nominate by the required date.
